I Don't Want to Leave This Team! (このチームを抜けたくない! Kono Chīmu wo Nuketakunai!) is the fifth episode of the Aoharu x Kikanjuu anime series. It aired on July 31, 2015.

Synopsis[]

Hotaru Tachibana explains what she did and how she made Masamune Matsuoka angry. Hanako Sagara takes her on the field and they see Matsuoka helping out an amateur and making her get first hit. They also see how Tooru Yukimura protects Matsuoka. Sagara explains that she overheard them during the breaks. She heard that Matsuoka constantly goes after Tachibana and tries to support her and draw out her full potential which even she haven't realized it yet, but as she is too fast and constantly charges blindly, its a bit hard for him to keep up.

After the game, Tachibana gets on her knees and apologizes to Matsuoka and Yukimura, stating that she realized how great they are why playing in the opposing team and requesting if she can be their teammate again. Matsuoka gets moved, stating that she is embarrassing and apologizes himself. Tachibana goes to Sagara, thanking her for everything and Sagara comments she realizes why they want her in her team. She comments she herself can't be in Toy Gun Gun as they don't allow girls in the team.

Takatora Fujimoto adds a cart to his bike, so he can take Nagamasa Midori to TGC, however Ichi Akabane explains such carts are not allowed to carry people, destroying Fujimoto's dream.

Toy Gun Gun go out for some jogging and later Matsuoka had prepared makeshift field in his backyard, wanting they to train there. But as pellet guns would disturb the neighbors, they will be using water guns. He asks Yukimura to join team with Tachibana and play against him with the loser preparing dinner for the other. Tachibana seems distracted as she keeps thinking of what Sagara said that girls aren't allowed in Toy Gun Gun and that it had something do with something that occurred at TGC. They prepare to start to play and Matsuoka explains the rules. They are the same as normal survival game, but he adds that you can touch your opponent which is normally forbidden for variety of reasons. Matsuoka enters first in the field and while preparing, Yukimura states that he really wants to win and wonders what happened with Tachibana. Tachibana then asks why girls aren't allowed in the team and Yukimura is about to explain, but Matsuoka interrupts them, telling them to go after him. Yukimura decides to explain while they play and tells Tachibana that originally there was a girl in the team, but she was bullied on the field and "killed" in front of Matsuoka without him being able to do anything. After that, she decided to leave the team without saying anything and that hurt Matsuoka even more. Tachibana realizes Matsuoka doesn't want girls in the team, so that they don't get hurt like that. Yukimura comments that the person that did that will be at TGC too. As Matsuoka then attacks, Yukimura pushes Tachibana away, but gets caught by Matsuoka. Tachibana hears Yukimura's "death cry" and a moment later sees Matsuoka showing up.
