Takatora Fujimoto (藤本高虎 Fujimoto Takatora) or, "Fujimon" is a fictional character from the anime series Aoharu x Kikanjuu. He belongs to the opposition Team, Hoshishiro and is nicknamed the "Assault Destroyer" because of his ability to wield a heavy minigun and for the fact that he is known to destroy his enemy easily before they can ever shoot. Takatora is employed at the same hospital as his teammates.
Takatora has nearly white blonde hair which is quite unkempt and has a tuff which falls in between his eyes and dark brown eyes. He is immensely tall, showing to have quite a height difference between him and Midori Nagamasa, and even being taller than Matsuoka Masamune. During the TGC he wears the standard Team Hoshishiro uniform which consists of a standard white naval suit, a black inner shirt, a white tie and a pair of white pants. Takatora also wears a white trench coat, which emphasizes on his height. He also wears a white naval hat to match with the suit and a pair of protection glasses. To top it off Takatora has a red earpiece on his left ear to communicate with his team during Survival Games, a pair of white gloves, and a military style backpack. Takatora also wears a belt around his jacket. He carries a Minigun with him, that weighs over 20 kilograms, during his battles. The weight of the gun doesn't put him at a disadvantage because he is quick on his feet, as was noted by Hotaru during the battle with him.
He plays fair when on the battle field as was seen when he warns Hotaru about the destructive power of his minigun, offering her opportunity to either forfeit the match or to play against him. He doesn't seem to use underhanded means to win a match. It is seen that a more serious self of his begins to surface when he plays survival games, in comparison to his easy going character. He is somewhat obsessed with Midori and has been shown to be a masochist.
Takatora is extremely fond of Midori and is heavily implied to be in love with him / have a crush on him, often blushing when he is around. His masochistic tendancies are generally directed towards Midori as Takatora seems to take especial pleasure in having Midori admonish or punish him. Takatora repeatedly askes Midori to ride his bike with him and is constantly seeking to improve the bikes design in the hopes that they will one day ride it together. He is mentioned that he has a key to Midori's home and in one instance he goes to Midori's house in the morning to wake him up, fearing that the doctor would be late. This in turn caused Takatora to be late for work.
Takatora is noted to have a keen sense of hearingl, a skill that's used well during airsoft battles. It is used to his advantaged by tracking down the opponent.
Despite the heavy weight airsoft-gun, approx. 20 kilograms, he carries around with him on the battle field, he can still chase down his opponent with ease. He's noted to be quick on his feet and is shown to be able to keep up with Hotaru while carrying the minigun.
The M134 Minigun is a 7.62x51 mm NATO, six-barrel machine gun with a high rate of fire (2,000 to 6,000rounds per minute). It features Gatling-style rotating barrels with an external power source, normally an electric motor. The "Mini" in the name is in comparison to designs that use a similar firing mechanism but larger shells, such as General Electric's earlier 20-millimeter M61 Vulcan, and "gun" for a caliber size smaller than that of acannon, typically 20 mm and higher. It's a really expensive gun.
