Toshizō Usanagi is a character in Aoharu x Kikanjuu. Others refer to him as the "manager" of ECHIZEN, a shop that specializes in selling gunnery weapons. He is on good terms with Team Toy☆GunGun.

Plot

He owns a store for pellet guns. Hotaru Tachibana is send there by Masamune Matsuoka and make her use the secret code to attempt to get the gun for 1000 yen only. Usanagi isn't impressed by Tachibana aim, however he accepts her challenge for different test and gives her 5 minutes to shoot him, while he runs around the store. He ends up impressed by her bloodlust and is forced to use his gun at the end of the 5 minutes in order to not lose. Because of that, he agrees to give her the gun for free and only takes the 1000 yen.
